All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Prior to April 15, 2008, full refund of the registration fee, less €30 administrative cost; after April 15, 50% refund; after May 9, no refund. IESE assumes no liability for non-refundable transportations costs, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred by registrant(s).
