Thoughts on Social Entrepreneurship

June 22, 2007

Ms. Andrea Christenson, MBA '83, Managing Partner and Owner of the Käthe Kruse Puppen, has been a member of IESE's (University of Navarra) International Advisory Board since 2004.

IESE's International Advisory Board is currently comprised of 35 members from 19 countries. It was created in 1989 to help guide the strategic direction of the school and help it meet the evolving needs of companies worldwide. Members are business leaders who reflect a wide cross-section of nationalities and sectors. They contribute to the school in numerous ways, including participating in the annual meeting held on the school's campus and addressing MBA students on relevant business topics.

During her visit, Ms. Christenson talked to us about her thoughts on social entrepreneurship and the trends and challenges that face business schools today. She also spoke about her time spent at IESE and the positive growth of the school.
