This week, the final module of IESE's Senior Executive Program New York-Miami takes place in New York City. The module will culminate with the graduation ceremony on Friday, March 30 at the school's campus in Manhattan. The current edition of the program includes 26 participants who represent diverse leading companies including Wal-Mart, Deutsche Bank, the United Nations, Sotheby’s, Heineken, DHL, Cemex, KPMG, Telefónica, OHL and Gamesa.
IESE faculty members leading sessions during this fourth and final module of the SEP program include Paddy Miller, Eric Weber, José Luis Nueno, Max Torres and Juan Roure.
Reflecting the new graduates' commitment and support of the school, the majority of the SEP New York-Miami class has joined IESE's Alumni Association, which includes professionals in more than 100 countries.
"Altogether I would say that it's been very inspiring," said participant Eric Gantier, managing director of DHL Global Forwarding. The SEP offers the chance to work "together with a group of other leaders from different industries, which at the end of the day share the very same concerns and need the very same tools to be better leaders tomorrow."
Taking part in the SEP New York-Miami graduation ceremony will be Prof. Javier Estrada and Prof. Luís Cabral, academic directors of the program; Begoña de Ros, program director; and Katie Wollesen, program coordinator.
Aimed at top-tier executives, including divisional CEOs, the SEP features four 5-day modules in New York City and Miami. The program provides a global, general management-focused curriculum combined with valuable networking opportunities.
