Eye on IESE, July 2012 < Back
This month's edition of Eye on IESE recaps a number of important recent events taking place at the business school. Among these was a visit by Spain's Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia to IESE's New York City campus in Manhattan for the Global Business Colloquium in June.
During his remarks, Prince Felipe cited IESE as an institution that stands out for being "truly global in its outlook and prestige."
Also featured is the 49th annual gathering of members of the Harvard-IESE Committee, which took place this year in Boston and serves as an important pillar of the school's longstanding relationship with HBS.
Speakers at the upcoming 2012 Global Alumni Reunion in Sao Paulo, Brazil have been announced. They include Eduardo Paes, mayor of Rio de Janeiro; Santiago Fernández Valbuena, CEO of Telefónica Latin America; and Jorge Nobrega, corporate vice president Organizaçoes Global.
Also coming up is IESE's Alumnae Conference in Barcelona on July 12-13, wihich brings together the school's women graduates living and working around the globe.
