Face Time: Aspiring MBAs Experience IESE< Back
IESE works hard to ensure that its MBA students' long-term career objectives and personal interests are an optimal match with the program's focus, goals and unique learning environment. One way this is accomplished is through MBA Assessment and Open Days.
Held throughout the year, MBA Assessment Days bring pre-selected MBA students, professors and Admissions Team members together to discuss the program face-to-face, and get to know one another through individual and group activities.
The most recent Assessment Day, held on Jan. 23 on IESE's campus, drew prospective students from 15 different countries: Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the United States, U.K. and Venezuela.
Lasting one full day, the event gives students a taste of the case-based teaching method, with small and large group discussions, along with the chance to network informally.
The previous day, the Admissions Team hosted an MBA Open Day, an event that gives potential MBA candidates who have not yet applied to the program an up-close view of the school's high-caliber bilingual (English/Spanish) program and world-class campus.
