IESE's Economics Department, led by Prof. Pedro Videla, has launched a new blog: IESE Economics Weekly. The aim is to share the opinions and comments of IESE's faculty members about general economic topics.
The blog will feature a video each week that highlights an IESE professor's point of view on a specific economic issue. Professors who have contributed to date with their comments are Javier Díaz-Giménez, who analyzes the Spanish economy in the second quarter of 2011; Núria Mas, who discusses factors affecting the economy and demographic changes that will impact the health sector; and more recently, Antonio Argandoña, who addresses unemployment.
The blog is bilingual, with posts and videos accessible in both English and Spanish.
