Production, Technology and Operations Management

IESE's Department of Production, Technology and Operations Management is focused on the strategic optimization of competitivity through the design, implementation and continuous improvement of operations. With client satisfaction as the key goal, the search for efficiency requires a careful diagnosis of the company´s basic design system, as well as related capabilities and processes. Areas such as supply chain, entrepreneurship and innovation are also emphasized in the department's teaching and research.
