Biography

José María Rodríguez is professor emeritus in the Department of Managing People in Organizations.
He holds a Ph.D. in management from IESE Business School as well as a law degree from the Universidad de Sevilla.

Companies he has recently worked for include Grupo General Cables Sistemas, S.A. and Samsung Electronics. He is currently working for Comercial de la Forja S.A. and Caixa Sabadell, where he runs the People Management Development Program.

Prof. Rodriguez also carries out voluntary consultancy work for Caritas in Barcelona.

He is the author of several books, the most recent of which is Relaciones humanas en la empresa (Human Relations in the Company), 2005.
