Biography José Ramón Pin is professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations and the director of both IRCO (The International Research Center on Organizations) and CELA (The Center for Enterprise in Latin America). Since 2005, he has also headed the Executive MBA program in Madrid. He was recently appointed member of the Academic Business Committee of Barna Business School. Prof. Pin has written the book Consistencia: la clave de la Dirección de Personas en la Organización (Consistency: The Key to Managing People in Organizations), published by Pearson Educación S.A. in October, 2006. His areas of interest include the development of management skills, capacity and careers; the relationship between ethics and management processes; business-government relations and worker motivation in the new work modes: temporary work and telework.
