What is it?
The IESE Private Investors' Network is made up of executives, business leaders, family offices, and other people and organizations with entrepreneurial drive that are interested in investing in new companies or businesses with the potential for growth.
The Network does not act as a collective investment structure since its members individually make the decision to invest alone or in a group with other Network members. The goal of the Network is to bring entrepreneurs seeking financing together with investors who may play the role of business angels, that is, ones who in addition to their financial capacities may provide knowledge and contacts to contribute actively to helping new projects take off.
Mission
The Network strives to be a prime meeting point for private investors and entrepreneurs because of the quality of business and investment opportunities and the possibilities for learning.
Goals
| To link up promising projects and businesses with investors
| | To encourage potential investors to embark on their first transaction
| | To promote investors’ learning and continuous updating
| | To develop an exchange of experiences among investors
| | To foster syndication and collaboration among investors
| | To reach an appropriate critical mass and scale
| | To increase transparency about market activities
