Program Structure

Opening Module
Reassessing the Foundation
IESE Campus, Barcelona
April 20-24, 2009

The first module will enable participants to take a step back and reassess their views on the current business and economic environments. Participants will be divided into teams that will stay together throughout the program. They will be encouraged to set their own personal objectives and start preparing their take-home agendas.

Core Program
Managing Value Creation

May 08-09,15-16,29-30; June 05-06,19-20, 26-27

These modules encompass all-day Friday and Saturday mornings, with class ending at noon on Saturday.

These modules will look at the leader and his or her role in managing change, developing corporate strategies and creating value.

Closing Module
Heading into the Future/Take-Home Agenda
IESE-Campus, Barcelona
July 06-10, 2009

The last module will help participants unleash entrepreneurial potential in their firms. The module will also be used to finalize the take-home agenda that they have been working on for themselves and their companies.
