IESE Business School is set to team up with Vivaldi Partners to offer the program for executives, "Tough Times, Tough Strategies: Leading Your Company to Global Growth." The program takes place in New York, Oct. 5-8, and coincides with the World Business Forum.
Participants in the program have the opportunity to attend presentations delivered by prominent global leaders including President Bill Clinton, economist Paul Krugman, filmmaker George Lucas and David Rubenstein, Managing Director of The Carlyle Group. The Forum will be held at Radio City Music Hall.
The IESE program is led by IESE Prof. Paddy Miller and Erich Joachimsthaler, Founder and CEO of Vivaldi Partners, with the participation of members of IESE's faculty and Vivaldi's management team.
"Tough Times, Tough Strategies" will help participants meet the challenges of today's recession and prepare for tomorrow's recovery. The program combines the rigor of an executive education program with the hands-on experience of a top growth strategy firm. It provides in-depth analysis, practical take-aways and an inside look at innovative businesses throughout New York.
With Vivaldi Partners and IESE's expert guidance, participants will experience the World Business Forum and also learn how to apply new insights to their own specific business contexts.
The program is slated to take place just prior to IESE's Global Alumni Reunion, Oct. 10-11, in New York City. IESE Alumni taking part in both events - the program and the reunion - will make the most of their visit to the Big Apple.
