Methodology

IESE's Advanced Management Program in Warsaw addresses a wide range of critical management issues, in a vibrant and interactive learning environment.

It does not, however, purport to tell senior managers things about their business sectors that they already know.

Rather, it is a cumulative process whose impact takes hold as it unfolds, developing, through give-and-take and the pedagogical methods employed the participant’s ability to lead and motivate people, to make effective strategic choices and to develop a deeper understanding of the forces driving global economic change.

  • Case method: IESE faculty will lead you in considering the realistic case studies most relevant to you. This method will challenge you to revise your approach to strategic decision-making, question your long-held assumptions, develop your personal capabilities and acquire new tools to enhance your profile as a successful business leader.

  • Peer learning: Through intense interaction and exchanging ideas, with a select number of senior executives and distinguished professors, you will develop a new appreciation of the power of dialogue and teamwork in dealing successfully with the challenges you face on the job.

  • Variety: The program also comprises lectures, simulations, breakout sessions and guest speakers.
