Participant Profile
PMD participants are typically high-potential managers or professional specialists, from a variety of disciplines, who want a solid general management overview. The participants should be at an early stage in their careers, typically with at least five to ten years of functional managerial experience and working in companies that are active internationally. The average age is approximately 39.
