Content
Comprehensive General Management; topics will include: Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Behavior, Personal Development, Marketing, Accounting Framework, Operations, Economics, Finance, Strategy, Decision Making Process Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Negotiation.

Dates and Structure
The Program for Management Development lasts a period of 5 months in total and is divided into four 1 week residential modules at the IESE campus, 2 held in Madrid, 1 in Barcelona and 1 in New York. In between these residential weeks, you will remain in constant contact with your faculty and academic community. This unique program structure allows participants to broaden their knowledge in an intensive learning environment without putting their careers and lifestyle on hold.
  • Module I: Understanding the Business Landscape, February 1-5, 2010 (Madrid)

  • Module 2: Managing Value Creation, March 15-19, 2009 (Barcelona)

  • Module 3: Leading Innovation and Change, May 10-14, 2010 (New York)

  • Module 4: Getting Things Done, June 28 -July 3, 2010 (Madrid)

Participant Profile
PMD participants are typically high-potential managers or professional specialists, from a variety of disciplines, who want a solid general management overview. The participants should be at an early stage in their careers, typically with at least five to ten years of functional managerial experience and working in companies that are active internationally. The average age is approximately 39.

Faculty: IESE's world class faculty has developed extensive experience in designing programs for senior managers. This results in courses which provide both conceptual frameworks for effective decision making and practical tools for real-life implementation.

Class: Limited class size. Profile will be varied in terms of companies, sectors, and nationalities represented.

35,000 Euros, including tuition, all reading and classroom materials, accommodation, and most meals.
