MODULE 1: Understanding the Business Landscape


Objectives
The objective of this module is to lay a solid foundation for the program and to give a framework required for understanding the global macroeconomic environment and its impact on business. The first week focuses also on building relationship and teams.

MODULE 2: Managing Value Creation


Objectives
In this module, participants are being pushed to think strategically in different situations, and to discuss what a corporation today should achieve, as well as the necessary conditions to be competitive and create value.

• Service Management/Clienting
• Supply Chain
• Competitive Strategy
• Marketing Management

 


MODULE 3: Leading Innovation and Change


Objectives
In a rapidly changing and growing environment, having leaders with a clear vision, a capacity to be flexible becomes more vital than ever. This module explores the relationship between different leadership styles and organizational outcomes. The participants will learn how to lead and manage change and how to develop a corporate strategy that creates value for the shareholders.

MODULE 4: Getting Things Done


Objectives
In this module, participants will explore the entrepreneurial potential of their own firms, and develop their ability to negotiate in competitive and collaborative situations. During this week participants will also be encourage to finalize their own personal and corporate agenda.
