FINAVES

In autumn 2000, IESE’s Department of Entrepreneurship promoted the creation of the venture capital firm, FINAVES. Since its founding, FINAVES has launched three funds: FINAVES (2000), FINAVES II (2003) and FINAVES III (2005). The group has invested in over 15 promising early stage companies Europe, North and South America.

Who we are

Finaves is a venture capital firm. Its founding members are businesspeople who take on and want to assist new generations of businesspeople.

The fund gives priority to business projects drawn up by students and alumni of the IESE Master’s Programs.

The management at Finaves has the following characteristics:

It always invests as a minor shareholder in projects in all sectors.
It provides capital, networks and joint investors, and contributes to the development of alliances/synergies among the companies in its portfolio.
The companies where it has a share have a member of Finaves on their Board of Directors.
