Once again the IESE Alumni Association would like to invite our Alumni to the annual edition of the Global Alumni Reunion. This year, we will be analyzing Europe's position in the global market in great depth. We will be looking at our strengths as well as the weaknesses we need to learn to overcome. European companies compete in a demanding global market which requires us to improve the efficiency of our operations and the speed of our market response.
 
Improved efficiency, productivity, flexibility and global growth are some of the challenges we need to face, whilst keeping our sense of identity and social responsibility. In fact it is our culture, values and strong sense of social responsibility that will help us in our advance towards a more just and united world.
 
This will be the first Reunion we celebrate without the presence of our beloved Professor Rafael Termes. We will dedicate a session to him in which we will analyze the future of banking, which would have undoubtedly been his choice of topic.

As the Academic Director of the Reunion, I encourage you to join us for this event, where I am convinced you will find new answers. I look forward to meeting you in person at the Palacio de Congresos del Campo de las Naciones, the Reunion's new location.
