We would be honored by your presence at the event to be held on Thursday, September 27 at the extraordinary Gran Teatre del Liceu Opera House , which has stood since it was founded in 1847 as a cultural and artistic beacon as well as a symbol of the city.

We will enjoy a recital by tenor Josep Carreras , with the accompaniment of pianist Lorenzo Bavaj  and the Nuovo Quartetto Italiano . All proceeds will go to the José Carreras International Leukaemia Foundation .

A reception, also at the Liceu, will follow the recital.

Instructions

• Please be on time. Access to the auditorium will not be allowed after 7:50 p.m.
• There will be no assigned seating. There are three different ticket prices, depending on location and visibility.
• Alumni are entitled to purchase a maximum of ten tickets, and they must all be in the same area.
• Once you have purchased your tickets, please notify the Alumni office if you are unable to attend, so that your seats can be available for use. Ticket purchases, however, shall not be refunded, with all proceeds going to the José Carreras Foundation.
