As Academic Director, I propose that we designate this day to reflect on the growth of our companies in the near future in a globalized, very competitive world that faces multiple political, economic, technological, social and demographic pressures.

We want to discuss challenges, threats and opportunities for business growth in an environment also marked by sustainable growth, not only environmentally, but also in the cultural, social and human spheres. We trust that the participation of our guest speakers and the involvement of various IESE professors will give us a clearer understanding of the context in which you have to develop your strategies for sustainable growth in the future.

This event will push us well into the celebration of our school's 50th anniversary. Your friends at IESE look forward to meeting up again with you!
