Registration

• Reception on Thursday October 23: this event is open exclusively to alumni and their spouses. As seating capacity is limited, places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Academic Program on Friday, October 24: participating alumni can invite non-alumni guests interested in the academic sessions, but it is essential that they register prior to the event. Admission to the sessions is free of charge.

All participants will be able to dine at the palace itself on Friday October 24. Reservations are necessary and price per person is €55. Should you pay in advance, you can benefit from an 18% discount, where the price would be €45 per person.

In case of not being able to attend, the lunch fee will be refunded if we are notified before October 10, 2008.

The academic sessions will take place at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid

If you are coming by car, the main access routes are: M-40, exit 7; A-II, exit Gran Vía de Hortaleza and M-11. The palace has 500 available parking places.
If you intend to arrive by metro, take Line 8 (Nuevos Ministerios/Barajas) and get off at the Campo de las Naciones station. How to get there? .

The reception will be held at the Autonomous Community of Madrid’s headquarters in the Puerta del Sol.
