The program is divided into 5 separate modules spread over 4 months. Each module consists of 3,5 days held at the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai (DIFC), and one optional module taking place at the IESE campus in Barcelona. Between the modules participants will prepare material for the next residential module.
The first module lays a solid foundation for the program and provides a framework for understanding the global macroeconomic environment and its impact on business. The first week also focuses on building relationships and teams.

Module 4 analyzes the key marketing challenges as well as the role of IS as a source of competitive advantage.

This module explores self-leadership and entrepreneurship, as well as corporate strategy to create value and boost competitiveness.

This optional module will focus on developing negotiation skills in competitive and collaborative situations. On the last day of the module, AMP Dubai participants will join AMP alumni from around the world to discuss a highly relevant business topic.
