The AMP program consists of four residential modules distributed over a period of six months. Between the modules participants will prepare material for the next residential module, work on individual business problems and carry out self-assessment projects.
The first module covers essential management areas, including the global macroeconomic environment, providing a strong foundation for the program. Also covered are leadership and team building concepts.
Subjects:
Module 2 introduces participants to new concepts and tools in management control, marketing, operations and IT while reinforcing fundamental principles. It stresses the link to overall business vision and strategy.
Subjects:
Innovation is a vital component of excellence in today’s fast-paced business environment. For this reason, participants will delve into diverse innovation and entrepreneurship models during this module. The module also covers key principles in corporate finance and service management.
Curriculum:
The program’s final module will help participants learn how to develop and harness their own leadership abilities and apply them in both collaborative and competitive situations. Take-home agendas will be finalized and prepared to implement within participants’ organizations.
Subjects:
The modular structure strikes the right balance: it maximizes the time we spend together, while minimizing the time we spend out of the office. And as we all know, time is the one thing we're all short of.
