Academic Methods
Practical LearningThe program employs the case-based learning approach, which centers on analyzing and understanding the problems and challenges faced by actual companies. Participants put themselves in the shoes of real leaders facing diverse business issues and learn how to look at problems and solutions from multiple angles.
Through individual study, class discussion and small-team breakout groups, participants learn business principles and acquire important skills and leadership capabilities, which they can immediately implement at work. They also benefit from peer coaching, group exercise activities and faculty interaction.
Stimulating InteractionThe sharing of ideas and viewpoints helps executives sharpen their management skills and broadens their leadership capabilities.
Case discussions give participants a chance to rethink current frameworks and develop new mindsets. Structured after-class social activities focus on team-building and leadership in a casual and supportive setting.
Inmediate Impact
After each module, participants can apply new competencies directly to their organizations as they take valuable action plans back to their companies. During the program, they address their current operational and strategic challenges through peer feedback and faculty reviews.
