The Senior Executive Program will allow you to develop an understanding of yourself, your leadership style and your role in the process of leading strategic change and creating value.

• You will acquire new concepts and tools to help you lead your company effectively and harness the opportunities generated by the drivers of change.
 
• Discussions in and out of the classroom will enable you to network, exchange views and receive feedback from both expert international faculty and high-caliber participants with similar interests and backgrounds.
 
• A take-home agenda lets you create an action plan for implementation the moment you get back to work.
 
• Having time between modules provides the opportunity to focus on business problems immediately as they relate to your own company.
 
• Each participant is assigned a faculty coach, who will help guide individual progress.
 
• After completing the Senior Executive Program (SEP), participants will become alumni of IESE, IPADE and IAE
