Introduction

The Senior Executive Program - Miami, is a fast-paced and high-level general management program, focused on helping senior executives with specific interests in Latin America to achieve new levels of success in managing and leading their companies.

The program pools the expertise of three top business schools with a deep understanding of the region – IESE, IPADE (Mexico) and IAE (Argentina).
 
In view of participants' hectic schedules and intense professional (as well as personal) demands, the program has been designed to efficiently distribute the time spent away from the office. A compelling academic curriculum ensures that the most relevant and pressing issues that face top management today are fully covered.

The structure of the program is a unique combination of four 1-week residential modules held in Miami (3) and Madrid (1), connected to a web community that makes certain participants and faculty remain in close contact.  Each participant is assigned a faculty "coach", whose objective is to help assess individual progress and stimulate deeper reflection. Throughout the program, participants will develop their own “take-home agendas” and action plans for themselves and their companies.
