Program Structure and Calendar

The AMP Warsaw is conveniently designed so seasoned professionals can update and expand their knowledge on critical business issues with minimal interruption to their full professional schedules.

Spread out over seven months, the AMP Warsaw begins and ends with 1-week residential modules held on IESE’s Barcelona campus. The core of the program comprises several modules held in Warsaw. The last module of the program concludes with the graduation ceremony and also features a program of social activities for family members.

During the opening module, participants take a step back to reassess their views on current business and economic environments. Participants will be divided into teams that will stay together throughout the program.

- January 9-10, January 23-24 , February 20-21, March 6-7, March 20-21, 2013

Core sessions look at leaders and their role in managing change, developing corporate strategies and creating value. Participants will implement their newly gained insights in their companies and discuss the consequences at the following session.

The last module will help participants unleash entrepreneurial potential in their firms. Participants also finalize their take-home agendas to implement at work upon the program’s completion.
