The priests who run the Chaplaincy are always available for help. They also provide spiritual guidance for those who desire it, and to administer the Sacraments, particularly that of Penance.
"The task of spiritual direction must seek not to fabricate creatures bereft of independent judgement who confine themselves to the material execution of another person's instructions; quite the contrary, spiritual direction should seek to form people with discernment. And discernment means maturity, strength of convictions, sufficient knowledge of doctrine, gentleness of spirit, education of the will".
