The priests who run the Chaplaincy are always available for help. They also provide spiritual guidance for those who desire it, and to administer the Sacraments, particularly that of Penance.

And discernment means maturity, strength of convictions, sufficient knowledge of doctrine, gentleness of spirit, education of the will".
