Admissions Process
The admissions process is always open, but if you intend to enroll in the EMBA program we recommend that you begin the process as early as possible, since the course tends to fill up several months before classes begin. The process will take approximately two and a half months.

To be considered for admission, please follow these steps:
Application Form
The admissions process begins when you fill out a specific EMBA registration request form. If you prefer, you may ask the Admissions Department to send you a form by regular mail.
The following must be included with the request form:
- An original or certified copy of university transcripts with grades.
- A photocopy of your passport or DNI.
- A letter of recommendation from your current employer acknowledging that they are aware and support your intention to enroll in the EMBA program and allow you to attend class.
- A digital photo (passport size).
- 110 euros payment for registration cost. Payment can be made either by a check made out to IESE or by bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, please attach proof of transfer with registration request.
- GMAT or IESE admissions test certificate.
- English language level test certificate
- Two letters of recommendation

The admissions committee will not begin the process until all information is received.
Once accepted, a candidate can chose a program format, assuming places are available.
Admissions Tests
You must take either IESE's own admissions test or the GMAT.
IESE Admissions Test
The IESE test is similar to the GMAT. The test takes three hours to complete. The test is in Spanish. Calculators or other helpful devices are not necessary.
Testing fees are 100 euros.
You should send the application form to the Department of Admissions 7 days prior to the date you wish to take the test.
GMAT
The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is offered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Candidates must independently arrange to take the test and must have the results sent directly to IESE by ETS. The code for IESE EMBA is: S21-G2-71.
GMAT results that have expired (over 5 years old) are not accepted by the department.

English level tests
In order to determine your English level, you are required to take one of the following tests:
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language).

You are exempt from taking the test if:
- Your native language is English.
- You have carried out all your studies and graduated from an English-speaking university.
- You have worked for at least two years as a professional in an English-speaking country, and employed English as the main language on the job.
Admissions Committee
Once the Admissions Committee has received your complete application and the results of the tests, your file will be reviewed and, if so deemed, you will be contacted by telephone in order to arrange a personal interview. The Admissions Committee will make a decision and the candidate will be informed in writing.
