Structure

IESE’s Global Executive MBA program is offered in two different formats, monthly and bimonthly, to accommodate participants’ professional and personal lives. Divided into modules, the program includes a blend of on and off-campus learning.

A Module Consists of 3 parts:

Pre-Module: A time for preparation
The Pre-Module gives the participants time to grasp fundamental business principles before they attend residential sessions.
Residential: Classroom learning and teamwork
During these sessions, teamwork, case study discussions, lectures and workshops take place. Company visits, guest speakers and networking events enhance the experience.
Distributed Learning: Real-world application and home-based work
In between residential modules, participants apply what they have learned at the workplace. They connect with each other online to analyze cases, engage in discussions with professors and collaborate on projects.
