During the final phase of the program, participants carry out an In-Company Project and a Business Plan. These projects allow them to put into practice new knowledge and skills gained during the program.
During the last 4 months of the program, participants are required to complete an in-company project. They have the choice to define the project and the area of focus within their company or colleague’s company. It will be supervised by a faculty member and a company executive.

Management buy-out
Acquisition of a new company
Increasing production efficiency of a plant
