The first year is the basis of the program. It is designed to enable students to acquire the tools and skills necessary in each area of the company, while always bearing in mind how each of these areas is interrelated.
The second year of the program is designed to help students continue analyzing the problems experienced by companies and how these problems are interrelated. At the same time, further insight is given into the functions of top company management. Special emphasis is placed on general management, strategy and entrepreneurship.
