If you have a degree and at least five years of professional experience and you want to take an exponential leap in your training without having to interrupt your work, the EMBA is a rigorous solution that adapts to your requirements.
Faculty. The Executive MBA is taught by IESE professors with Ph.D.s from the best universities in the world.
Comprehensive approach. The program’s approach to general management allows you to address business challenges from the perspective of a senior executive and deepen your understanding of each and every area of business (finance, marketing, operations, strategy) based on an all-encompassing view of the company.
Effective methodology. The program is taught using a highly effective methodology to develop management skills that combines the intensive use of the case study method with group work.
Sharing differences. Working in multidisciplinary groups allows you to deepen your comprehensive vision of the company. The class is divided into diverse groups of people with experience in different parts of the company, different industries and different academic backgrounds.
A global vision, an international experience*. The Executive MBA is a bilingual program taught in Spanish and English. The program includes two intensive weeks in China and New York City.
Technology. The Executive MBA has an e-learning platform to complement on-site training.
* The EMBA Brazil is taught in Portuguese, English and Spanish and includes a week at the IESE New York Center and a week on the Barcelona campus. The Executive MBA taught in Barcelona and Madrid includes an obligatory intensive week at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and an optional week in New York City.
