Government of the Association

The Association reflects the interests and participation of every Member. The Governing Board and Executive Committee drive this collective effort, which is reflected in the Association’s statutes.

Governing Board
The Alumni Association Board establishes directives which guide the Association and selects the Association President. Board members meet at least once a year, normally concurrent with the IESE Global Alumni Reunion. All Alumni are represented on the Board by a delegate from every IESE core program class. Moreover, the Board includes all Executive Committee members and a delegate from every Regional Chapter.

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is the executive body of the Association. Its work centers on symposia which cover different activities and services. It is also in charge of approving budgets and presenting the annual accounts to the Governing Board.

Regional Chapters
The Regional Chapters are represented by boards formed under the approval of the Executive Committee. The latter delegates to these regional boards any functions they may request, with a view to facilitating their development.
