Belgium and Luxembourg IESE Alumni Chapter

Dear fellow Alumni and Guests,

Welcome to the Belgium & Luxemburg IESE Alumni Chapter!

Belgium and Luxembourg used to belong to the Benelux Chapter, but geographical distance made us decide to create a separate chapter that will make it easier for all of us to participate in IESE alumni events. I would like to thank our Dutch fellow alumni for their tremendous work and encourage them to participate in our events!

Being the first President of this Chapter is an honour as well as a challenge.  We are around 70 enthusiastic alumni in Belgium and Luxembourg and we would like to create an active alumni chapter that continues to create bridges among IESE alumni with the same zeal as when we were students in Barcelona.

Our goal is to make this chapter a dynamic and passionate project in which IESE Alumni meet in formal and informal events that encourage networking among alumni and in the larger business community, often including alumni of other business schools.

I’d like to increase the awareness of IESE in Belgium & Luxembourg by inviting members of the local business community - many of them might not know that IESE was recently ranked by the Financial Times in 5th place and 11th place worldwide- and by meeting alumni of other business schools to exchange ideas and multiply contacts.

To achieve this, I am happy to work with the help of our Alumni Chapter Board and the IESE Alumni Association, but also with your input, ideas and feedback.

We also invite IESE alumni passing by in Brussels to keep in touch and to check out our calendar.
