Mock interviews at IESE are designed for students to practice in controlled but realistic conditions. Students are interviewed by company interviewers rather than outside consultants. Mock interviews are scheduled in the MBA calendar and are designed to meet two objectives:

1. To provide companies with a means of promoting themselves to students, getting to know potential candidates outside a recruiting process, and an opportunity of practicing their interviewing technique with the latest candidates in the market.

2. To help students to improve their interview technique and to provide them with an opportunity to test their skills in finding a new career.
