Fabrizio Ferraro’s teaching, research and consulting activity center on understanding the key determinants and functioning of management practices in organizations. Author of numerous academic articles, Prof. Ferraro won the 2006 Best Paper Award from the Academy of Management Review.
Prof. Ferraro is a member of the Board of Editors of the European Management Review, a member of the Programme Development Group of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management, and founder and board member of Inter@ctive Market Research, an international market research firm.
Antonio Dávila Professor of Entrepreneurship and Accounding and Control, IESE Ph.D. in Business Administration, Harvard University
Antonio Dávila’s research interests focus on management systems in entrepreneurial firms, new product development and innovation management, and performance measurement. Prof. Dávila has received numerous accolades for his research; he was awarded the Spanish government’s Ramón y Cajal Scholarship in 2004, as well as IESE's Research Excellence Award in 2005 and 2007.
A prolific writer of case studies, Prof. Dávila is co-author of Making Innovation Work: How to Manage It, Measure It, and Profit from It and Performance Measurement and Management Control Systems to Implement Strategy.
