The duration of the program (19 months) and the regular use of the case method facilitate the development of decision-making skills and competencies; and the shared effort in doing so enables students to create strong life-long friendships, strengthened through the practice-oriented teaching method and the sharing of real-life experiences.
Throughout the program students are provided with ample opportunity to develop not only academically, but also socially. Sports activities and team meetings strengthen friendships that develop between students. Furthermore, IESE works to ensure that the participants' families take part in the activities and experiences at IESE.
The Alumni Association, one of the most renowned business school alumni networks in the world, also organizes several activities throughout the year, which not only enable participants to discuss specific topics and exchange information on new ones, but also foster the consolidation of bonds between former IESE students.
