The short focused program, Global Sourcing of Services, will explore the myths, practical realities and future trends of outsourcing and offshoring. The program will cover a full range of outsourcing initiatives, including IT outsourcing (ITO), business process outsourcing (BPO), and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), with a significant emphasis placed on IT-related outsourcing.

Second Phase of the Offshoring Research Network Project Starts this Year
After the first report on delocation of services in Spain (2006), IESE would like to extend its research. The new study intends to analyze the internationalization strategy of Spanish companies, which influences factors such as teh decsion-making, risks, and the results of delocation.
