The decisions and the activities developed under an organisation have an ethical and social dimension of great importance. The Department of Business Ethics at IESE Business School carries out research, designs teaching programs and acts as consultant to companies and managers to promote an effective integration of ethics within business. Our aim is to develop high-quality ethical organisational cultures and to bring into practice the social responsibility of business toward society.
