Sandalio Gómez, president of CSBM, led the session that examines the keys to success and failure in the sporting world in which strategy, structure and action combined, form the basis of the success.

 

Organizational Structure of Sporting Entities
Madrid, February 26
The Center for Sport Business Management (CSBM) presented the results of its latest research, at a breakfeast event moderated by Professor Sandalio Gómez. Analyzing the different approaches to organizational structures within sporting entities, the presentation ended with an intense debate between members of different sports organizations in Spain, especially professional football clubs.
