The CELA pursues close collaboration with public, national and multilateral organisms interested in the business development of Latin American countries and in the economic relations of those countries with the rest of the world. The Center particularly promotes collaboration with the European Union, with Spanish institutions such as the Instituto Español de Comercio Exterior – ICEX and the Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional – AECI, through the State Department for International Cooperation and for Latin America – SECIPI and the Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations) – CEOE.

Nevertheless, the business community is the direct beneficiary of all CELA actions. Therefore, the Center is open to the support of companies that sponsor its diverse projects, guide the training and research activities and request other services in accordance with the mission and characteristics of the CELA.
