Extreme poverty affects millions of people and many initiatives have been put into action to create sustainable and structural solutions. In this conference CIIF, and other organizations, evaluated the current national and international projects.

Fotocasa.es and IESE Produce First Annual Report on Rental Market 
January, 2009
This joint report analyizes the rental market and the recent fall in prices. The study concludes that the average price of renting in Spain has fallen from the average price of 8,89 euros per square meter, per month. The highest rental prices was recorded in May 2007 and since then proces have fallen by 11.3%.
