IESE Family-Responsible Company Index (IFREI)
The Family-Responsible Company Index is a study of culture and reconciliation policies that live in the company at European level and their effect on company performance (levels of absenteeism, turnover, productivity) and the employee (motivation, commitment, etc.) as a result thereof.

Barreras e impulsores en las trayectorias profesionales
The study analizes the barriers and drivers of social character, in the immediate environment and in men and women in their careers.

The Generations of Talent Study
Sloan Center on Aging & Work at Boston College
Is an international and intergenerational study in organizations created by the Alfred P. Foundation: It asks employees about their preferences in their job. Examine how your opinion and behavior varies with age and country and evaluates how the country context (economics, law and culture) affect the priorities, satisfaction and employee performance.

Corporate Best Practices for Gender Equality (World Economic Forum)
ICWF have collaborated on the study on gender equality in European companies conducted by the World Economic Forum. The study aims to collect about best business practices and measures in place in some European countries.

IESE Family-Responsible Company Index (IFREI)
 
CISMS II Project. International Project on Work-Family Conflict
International project in colaboration with others 25 academic institutions. This study aims to develop an insight into cross-cultural differences in the experience of work-family conflict, which can be helpful in managing the integration and adaptation process of expatriates.
 
3535 Project. Cross-Cultural Study of Work-Family Conflict
Focused on work-family conflict, this project follows a methodology of cross-cultural comparison, and incorporates both components macro and micro level (differences between individuals). It is a large-scale international project in which the ICWF/IESE participates as a representative for Spain and Europe.

IESE-AUDI Study on Decisions and Career
This is a study focusing on the life's work of managers and Spanish directives, which analyzes the brakes and drive their careers, the role of company and the state, and the progressive complementarity of spouses in the work and family life.

Family Welfare as an Expatriate Professional Success
This international research explores how companies can increase probability of success of an expatriation process, paying more attention to expatriate families. At the same time, this study explores the issue of  "Cultural intelligence" as a success factor of the process.

Work-Life Balance in the European Union
The research project is concerned with antecedents and consequences of work-life balance strategies utilized by organizations within the service sector and their outcomes for individuals and organizations.

Decision-Making in Couples Study (CADMICOS)
This study will draw from the decision process theory of work and family to examine couples’ decision rules and criteria and how spouses influence each others’ career choices, aspirations, and plans.

Fundamentals for the Rationalization of European Schedules
Our center has contributed to the preparation of  “Libro Blanco de la Comisión Nacional para la Racionalización de los horarios españoles y su Normalización con los de los demás países de la Unión Europea”" in colaboration with the Indepence Foundation and sponsored by INAP of the Ministry of Public Administration.

Work and Family Life Conciliation in Benefit of Childhood
Our centre have made, with the Centro Universitario Villanueva seconded to the
Universidad Complutense, a study on social and employment measures, fiscal and
education on work and family conciliation in benefit of the child.

Reconceptualization oh the Business Success and its Impact on the Company
This is an investigation into how people direct their career and make decisions that affect their careers. The research seeks discover the connection of these decisions with other elements that constitute the vital overview of the individual and contribute to their satisfaction.
