With 34.4 %, Spain is the fourth European country with major salary gaps between men and women
Madrid, January 18th. IESE and Adecco have analyzed the evolution of the average salary in the European Union, between 2003 and 2008 bearing two factors in mind: principal sectors of activity and sex of the workers. This report places Spain as the fourth European country with major salary gaps between men and women with 34.4 %.
