Innovation trends in people management: from labor flexibility to flexicurity

IRCO and ADP have submitted the study "Trends in the management of people: the flexibility to 'flexicurity'." Esperanza Suárez, author of the book and IESE researcher, described at the conference the new trends that are driven by the European Union concerning the labor market. These are known under the name of "flexicurity".

The "brand" of leadership sets the difference in stage of uncertainty
Madrid, October 19
Dave Ulrich, Professor of the University of Michigan, dealt leadership as a strategic tool in difficult economic settings. "If you can not change the economic situation, the company should bet on the leadership," said the professor. Ulrich also referred to create a real and solid brand of leadership which the workers and customers identify with.
