The "brand" of leadership sets the difference in stage of uncertainty

Dave Ulrich, Professor of the University of Michigan, dealt leadership as a strategic tool in difficult economic settings. "If you can not change the economic situation, the company should bet on the leadership," said the professor. Ulrich also referred to create a real and solid brand of leadership which the workers and customers identify with.

Spain’s unemployment level reaches 4.6 million in September
Madrid. June 29, 2009
Spain’s unemployment level is up by 2,021,500 for the third quarter of 2009, according to the last IESE–Adecco Labor Euroindex. The country is one of the first to experience severe job losses, where six out of ten unemployed in the EU are residents in Spain.
