MANAGING BUSINESS INNOVATION

Building a culture of broad and regular innovation is at the top of first executive agendas for most of the companies. Here innovation means much more than new product introductions or technological advances. Today companies need to revise, and often renew, their basic approach to management in many business areas. The course contributes with an integrative approach, a general management viewpoint to bring in tools and techniques to build a culture of broad and continuous innovation in established firms. It is NOT about new product development and introduction.
