The Library has replaced its Investext Plus suscription by Thomson Research.
Thomson Research features a comprenhensive collection of critical company information and analyst research reports. It includes Investext and other industry-leading databases:

Disclosure: providing comprehensive company information—including SEC filings, insider trading filings and analysis, state and federal agency documents, criminal and civil filings, and bankruptcy filings—for over 12,000 companies traded on the major U.S. stock exchanges.

Investext: Investment Research featuring research reports written by top analysts at over 1,000 leading investment banks, brokerage houses, and consulting firms worldwide. Nearly 4,000 new reports are added each business day.

Market Research: containing in-depth primary research and statistics, market trends, forecasts, segment analysis and much more.

Extel Cards and News: connecting you to detailed business information (including up to 1,400 data items on each Extel Card), as-reported filings, and recent company announcements from thousands of global companies.

Real-time and historical SEC EDGAR filings, scanned images of company annual reports, foreign exchange filings, and hard-copy SEC filings.
