For Internet Explorer
Go to Explorer Menus>Tools>Manage Add-Ons> Enable or Disable Add-Ons.
Make sure that the Show menu is set to "Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer."
Browse the Add-ons for the one called LibXBar. Select it and choose the "Disable" from the Settings options below the add-ons listing. Select OK at the bottom of the Manage Add-ons screen. At this point, libX will no longer be available in IE, but hasn't been uninstalled. To completely uninstall the libX add-on, go to: Start> Control Pane> Add or Remove Programs. Find the entry "LibX for IE" and select the "Change/Remove" button.

Go to Firefox Menus> Tools> Add-Ons. Find the entry for LibX IESE Library. Select Uninstall, then Restart Firefox. You can also choose to simply disable the the LibX Add-On, and Enable it again whenever you like.
