Right-click anywhere on the Internet Explorer Menu bar and select LibX IESE Library to toggle the toolbar on and off. Hiding the toolbar does not disable or uninstall it.

For Firefox

Right-click anywhere on the Firefox Menu bar and select LibX IESE Library to toggle the toolbar on and off. Hiding the toolbar does not disable or uninstall it.
