Applicants must hold a university degree and be fluent in English.  The program is designed to educate and train students who want to pursue academic careers. The objective of the admissions committee is to choose a select group of students who are committed to learning in a demanding and rigorous environment and who will continue to advance the knowledge of management.

The admissions committee will evaluate the quality of the applicant’s prior academic achievements and work experience and GMAT scores.  It will also pay significant attention to the motivation and future plans of the applicant as well as the quality of the three letters of recommendation.  The personal interview is also an integral part of the decision-making process.
