Program structure & calendar

The Senior Executive Program New York-Miami comprises four five-day modules conducted in English. The first and fourth modules are held at IESE’s center in New York City. The second and third module take place in Miami, Florida. There is a pre-program module in which you receive case study reading assignments to be completed before the start of Module 1.

Upon completion of the program, you receive a diploma — a valued credential in the corporate world — certifying that you have successfully completed the Senior Executive Program New York-Miami.

Module 1 - Foundations and Beyond

New York City, October 22-26, 2012

The first module lays a solid foundation for the program and provides the necessary framework for understanding the global macroeconomic environment and its impact on business. The first week also focuses on building relationships and teams.

Today’s leaders need to be able to mobilize their organizations through evolving visions and missions. This module explores strategies to build loyalty, negotiate outcomes and achieve results, including the complementary roles of social responsibility and entrepreneurship.
